Is it kosher?
Yes. Everything is certified by the ORB, and our dairy soft serve is cholov yisroel. Non-dairy is available too.
Where do you serve?
All of South Florida: Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. If you're just outside that, ask and we'll let you know.
How many machines do I need?
Each machine pours 60 to 75 servings an hour and serves one flavor. For most events, one machine per 70 or so guests keeps the line short. Want two flavors? That's two machines.
How long does the attendant stay?
Up to 5 hours at no extra charge with the full-service cart.
Can it go outside?
In the cooler months, yes. In summer, South Florida humidity is too much for the machines, so summer setups are indoors.
What do you need from us?
A table and a tablecloth. Each machine plugs into a standard outlet on its own circuit breaker, and we bring 50-foot extension cords, so the station doesn't have to sit against the wall. We bring everything else.
How long does setup take?
Once we're set up, the machines need about 30 minutes to freeze before the first cone. Tell us when you want dessert to start and plan around that.
Is it loud?
The compressor makes a steady background hum. If there will be speeches, set the station a little away from the podium.
Do you rent anything else?
Yes. Cotton candy and snow cone machines, a white portable bar, tables and chairs, and bounce houses and other inflatables for the kids. Add any of them to the same quote.
Can we use our own logo or flavor?
Yes. We can print your logo on cups and napkins, brand the cart, and make a custom flavor. Mention it in the form and we'll include it in the quote.
